I want to feel how things work, not just know what they do. I am Maurice Goldmann and am chronically curious. Sometimes, I disassemble stuff to see how it works. I love the beauty and simplicity of maths, code and nature. When I have time, I write about it.

Expect to find technical articles and thought experiments, stories, things I am learning. Sometimes I also write for the sake or writing or will post recipes or random pictures. Sometimes in German and French.

This is my kind of Instagram page as someone who doesn't have social media. I study electrical engineering in Berlin and will specialize in "Medizintechnik".

The mascot of this site is a Chiwara. My Malian half feels very connected to that symbol. It is a being that, in Bamana mythology, came down to earth to teach humans about agriculture. I rarely am on fields, but for me it symbolizes the epiphany I sometimes get when thinking hard about a problem.
